  1. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
  2. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to warehouse on schedule.
  3. Coordinate with other departments’ users and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work to meet the criteria and standards required.
  4. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, process, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
  5. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability/analyze potential suppliers. Perform an annual review of existing suppliers in terms of cost, quality, delivery and other pertinent factors.
  6. Maintain records of goods ordered and received; maintain purchasing division performance data, procurement documentation, and all other pertinent information.
  7. Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source or trouble and take corrective action.


  1. Male or Female, Age max 30 years old
  2. Bachelor degree in any major (min diploma)
  3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Having negotiation skill, self motivated and proactive
  5. Computer Literate especially for Ms. Office


Sales Staff


  1. Male, max. 35 years old ,
  2. Bachelor degree in any  major (min diploma),
  3. Min.  1 years experience in sales and marketing,
  4. Able to speak English, active or passive,
  5. Self motivated, energetic, honest, result and customer oriented, creative and initiative, fast learning, excellent interpersonal communication skills, well organized, and able to work under pressure.
  6. Have Driving License, min SIM C.


Accounting Staff

  1. Male or Female, maximum 35 years old.
  2. Familiar with accounting system and software.
  3. Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  4. Detail oriented, honest and hardworking
  5. Able to work in Jakarta
  6. Have minimum 2 years experience
  7. Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting.


Kurir Kantor

Tugas dan tanggung jawab :
-Melakukan pengantaran barang ke customer

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pria
  2. Usia max.35 tahun
  3. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
  4. Memiliki SIM min C,
  5. Sopan dan berperilaku baik
